Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Configure machine controls, speeds, feed rates, chucks, and cutting tools based on job orders and blueprints. [1, 2, 3]
- Operations: Perform turning, boring, facing, threading, and drilling operations on workpieces. For CNC models, load and edit G-code/M-code programs. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and height gauges to ensure dimensions stay within tight tolerances. [1, 2, 3]
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventative maintenance, clear chips/debris, check lubrication, and follow strict shop safety protocols (PPE, guarding, and proper work holding)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
