We are looking for responsible and customer-friendly Sales Staff to join our outlets at Vellayambalam and Balaramapuram.

Job Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Handle sales and billing efficiently
- Assist customers in selecting bakery products
- Ensure proper display and availability of products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop
- Check product freshness and stock availability
- Assist with stock handling and daily shop operations
- Coordinate with the Shop In-Charge and other staff
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
- Support the smooth functioning of the outlet

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, bakery, food outlet, or retail is preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
- Friendly, responsible, and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced bakery workplace
