Job Title -: Sr. Design Engineer

Qualification -: DME/BE- Mech.

CTC -: negotiable.

Experience -: 6 to 8 years

Profile -:

Candidate should have machine design background along with hands on experience in

following areas

1. Designing of Special Purpose Machine [SPM] OR Material Handling equipment’s.

2. Designing of Jig & Fixture.

3. Concept building & layout preparation as per customer requirements.

4. Knowledge of Pneumatic circuit design & Selection of pneumatic components.

5. Knowledge of Drive selection (Servo & Induction motors & gearbox selection)

6. Capable to do Design calculations & selection of standards bought out items

7. Knowledge of Auto CAD & any other Solid Modelling Designing Package [Solid

edge]

8. Positive knowledge of General Tolerance [GD&T] & 2D/3D drawing.

Should be Familiar with manufacturing process including machining, sheet metal

fabrication, welding fabrication, casting & heat treatment

10. Designing of Multi gauging fixtures will be an added advantage & preferred.
