Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
- Explain MOJO Protech products: Elevators, Water Treatment Plants & Solar Systems
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with existing leads and customers regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets




- Coordinate with the sales & technical teams for smooth closures

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- 0–3 years experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (Freshers welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Kannada
- (Tamil / Telugu / Hindi will be an added advantage)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM is a plus)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
