Team Lead – Financial Management
 JBS Lease Administration | Gurugram
Reporting To: Manager - Lease Administration
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support Financial Management, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Lease Administration operations. The role involves managing client portfolios, processing financial transactions, ensuring KPI/SLA compliance, preparing reports and reconciliations, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) & Invoice Processing
Accounts Receivable (AR) Processing
Lease Administration & Rent Payment Management
Month-End Reporting & Financial Close Activities
Financial Reporting, Reconciliations & Variance Analysis
KPI/SLA Monitoring & Compliance
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Process Improvement, Controls & RCA Activities
Support audit, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives
Required Experience
4+ years of experience in Financial Management, AP, AR, Lease Administration, Real Estate Operations, or related fields
Robust experience in invoice processing, reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment




Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
