Location: Jamshedpur, Barbeque Nation, Bistupur.
Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing warm, professional, and efficient service to guests throughout their stay. The role involves handling guest arrivals and departures, responding to requests, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive guest experience in accordance with the hotel’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, queries, and complaints.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to meet guest requirements..
- Follow Outlet standards for telephone etiquette, grooming, communication, and guest interaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and promote hotel services.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with hotel security procedures.
- Handle VIP and special-occasion guests according to established standards.
- Follow all outlet policies, SOPs, health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Freshers with strong communication and customer-service skills may also be considered.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic computer and PMS knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
