About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery initiatives and enable high-performing teams to deliver business value efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Scrum practices, Agile transformation, stakeholder management, and team coaching. This role will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative workplace that empowers teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide Agile teams in adopting and adhering to Scrum principles, practices, and values.
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices.




- Remove impediments and resolve challenges that impact team productivity and delivery timelines.
- Support teams in achieving sprint goals and delivering high-quality product increments.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness.
- Promote transparency through effective communication and progress tracking.
- Monitor team velocity, sprint performance, and Agile metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate collaboration between development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Encourage continuous improvement through regular feedback and process optimization.
- Support release planning and coordination activities across Agile teams.
- Drive adoption of Agile best practices across projects and programs.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share knowledge and standardize Agile practices.
- Assist in scaling Agile methodologies across multiple teams and business functions.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile delivery outcomes.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate team performance and delivery status.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Agile project delivery and Scrum practices.
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean methodologies.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing distributed teams.
- Solid coaching, mentoring, and team facilitation skills.
- Experience removing delivery impediments and managing dependencies.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint reporting, and performance tracking.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Owners,



business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering practices.
- Experience supporting Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with multiple Agile teams and large-scale Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with a servant-leadership mindset.
