Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales team activities and support sales representatives in achieving their sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Handle inquiries and provide product information to clients.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and making entries in RFQs.
- Assist in organizing exhibition.




- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Understanding the GA (General Arrangement) drawing sent by clients.

Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.
- Bachelor's degree in any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, especially related to heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related products, is a plus.
