Location: Regional Office & Field Visits (Requires Travel)
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Visit Damage Sites: Go to factories, warehouses, construction sites, and locations affected by fire, floods, or accidents to see what happened.
- Take Site Notes & Photos: Capture clear photos, videos, and measurements of damaged machines, goods, or buildings.
- Check Bills & Estimates: Review repair quotes, material costs, and bills sent by the client to see if they match the actual damage.
- Calculate Losses: Help senior engineers calculate how much money should be approved for the insurance claim.
- Write Simple Reports: Prepare basic inspection summaries and site reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Basic Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of basic machinery, construction, or electrical items from your studies.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word to make simple reports and spreadsheets.
- Observational Skills: A good eye for detail and a desire to learn how insurance claims work.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to field sites on short notice and a valid driving license.
