Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Board EPM implementations covering requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Design and deliver FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, annual business planning, and MIS reporting solutions.

- Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable EPM solutions and technical specifications.

- Develop PoCs, solution architectures, product demonstrations, and technical presentations for client requirements.

- Support RFP/RFI responses, requirement scoping, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities.

- Manage project deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple EPM projects.

- Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Support migration, release management,



enhancements, and production deployments.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to drive solution delivery and resolve project challenges.

- Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, automation, and overall business efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in EPM/CPM or enterprise planning solutions.

- Solid hands-on experience in Board EPM.

- Experience in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.

- Experience in EPM solution design, implementation, and project delivery.

- Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting.

- Proven experience in pre-sales, PoCs, RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, and effort estimation.
