Hum Noida aur Gurugram me ek active aur energetic Real Estate Sales Executive ki talash kar rahe hain. Is role me aapka primary task prospective buyers ko handle karna, property site visits arrange karna, project features explain karna, aur monthly booking targets achieve karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan)

- Lead Handling & Client Interaction: Inbound inquiries, online leads, aur walk-in clients ke saath contact karke unki property requirements samajhna.
- Site Visits & Property Demos: Clients ko site/sample flat visit karwana aur project features, floor plans, location advantage, aur amenities detail me samjhana.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Price options aur payment plans discuss karna aur management guidelines ke mutabiq deals close karna.
- Active Follow-ups:



Potential leads ke saath systematic follow-ups maintain rakhna aur client database update karna.
- Channel Partner Coordination: Local brokers aur channel partners ke sath strong working relationships establish karna.
- Documentation Support: Customer booking paperwork aur initial booking advance verification oversee karna.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication (Hindi / English).
- Location Comfort: Noida aur Gurugram real estate markets ki basic understanding (ya seekhne ki acchi capability).
- Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion skills, negotiation abilities, aur target-oriented mindset.
- Basic Computer Skills: MS Excel aur basic CRM handling ki jankari.
