We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in backend development, RESTful APIs, database management, and authentication, along with an eagerness to learn and build scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT.
- Work with MySQL for relational data management and MongoDB with Mongoose for document-based data storage.
- Design and manage database schemas, relationships, queries, and data validation.
- Implement CRUD operations for application modules and ensure data consistency.
- Develop API features such as filtering, pagination, and dashboard statistics.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues.
- Implement proper error handling, input validation, and security practices.
- Test APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to deliver reliable software solutions.




- Maintain project documentation and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–12 months of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and Express.js.
- Practical knowledge of RESTful API development and CRUD operations.
- Experience with MySQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Understanding of JWT-based authentication and password hashing using bcrypt.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Thunder Client.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, middleware, and centralized error handling.
- Knowledge of input validation and API security fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write clean code and work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger or OpenAPI.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and application deployment.
- Exposure to automated testing using Jest, Supertest, or the Node.js test runner.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
