About Arati Sewing

Arati Sewing is a sewing machine and accessories business providing sewing machines, related products, accessories, and customer support. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Salesman to join our team and help customers choose the right products according to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Attend customers at the kiosk and understand their sewing machine requirements.

· Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and perks clearly.

· Demonstrate sewing machines and explain their usage to customers.

· Recommend suitable sewing machines, accessories, and related products based on customer needs.

· Generate sales through walk-in customer’s enquiries, and follow-ups.

· Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.

· Handle customer queries and provide basic product information and after-sales assistance.

· Maintain proper records of enquiries, sales, and customer follow-ups.

· Coordinate with the service team regarding installation, demonstration, and customer support whenever required.

· Maintain proper display and cleanliness of products in the kiosk.

· Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

· Build good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Assist in promotional activities, local marketing, exhibitions, and customer outreach programs.

Required Skills

· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Customer-friendly and positive attitude.





· Basic knowledge of sewing machines is an advantage.

· Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

· Ability to explain products and demonstrate their features.

· Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

· Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Knowledge of Bengali and Hindi is preferred; basic English communication is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

· Previous experience in sewing machine, home appliance, retail, showroom, or consumer durable sales will be preferred.

· Candidates with experience in field sales or showroom sales can also apply.

· Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
