Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Mechanical Sales Representative (MSR) to promote and sell mechanical/automotive products, visit customers, provide technical product guidance, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have mechanical knowledge and experience in the auto parts industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retailers, workshops, mechanics, and fleet owners to promote mechanical/automotive products.
Provide basic technical knowledge and guidance to customers about product usage and benefits.
Generate recent leads and maintain strong relationships with mechanics and retailers.
Take daily/weekly product orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for delivery.
Achieve allocated sales targets and ensure proper market coverage.
Collect market feedback regarding product quality, pricing, and competitor activities.




Conduct product demonstrations when required.
Ensure product visibility and awareness at retail and workshop locations.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure proper issue resolution.
Maintain daily visit reports and share updates with the sales manager.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, inventory, and logistics.
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical background preferred).
Experience in automotive parts, mechanical tools, or related industry preferred.
Strong communication, technical understanding, and relationship-building skills.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
Good knowledge of local market routes, workshops, and mechanics.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
