Business Development Executive – Textile Industry

CRV Tapes is a Ludhiana-based manufacturer of woven, knitted and jacquard elastic tapes and textile accessories. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to develop new customers and expand our market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach new customers in the garment, hosiery, innerwear, textile and apparel industries.
- Generate new leads through field visits, calls, references and market research.
- Visit prospective customers and present our products and capabilities.
- Develop relationships with purchase, merchandising and production teams.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations and convert them into orders.
- Develop current accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify additional business opportunities.
- Maintain basic records of leads, enquiries and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:





- 2–6 years of experience in B2B / field sales or business development.
- Experience in textile, garment, hosiery, yarn, textile accessories or related industries will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel within Ludhiana and nearby industrial areas.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with existing contacts in the garment/hosiery/textile industry will have an advantage.
