Key Responsibilities

- Fabric & Marker Planning: Calculate fabric consumption, average per garment, roll mapping, and marker efficiency to minimize waste.
- Cutting Operations: Supervise manual or automated (CAM/CNC) cutting machines to ensure accuracy and prevent component mismatches.
- Quality Control: Monitor cut quality, inspect for fabric defects, and reduce re-cutting or panel rejection.
- Team & Workflow Management: Coordinate manpower, schedule cutting timelines, and maintain smooth line-feeding to sewing departments.
- Record Keeping: Track lot-wise and style-wise cutting data and maintain traceability.
- Experience: Ranging from hands-on supervisory roles to 10+ years in textile and garment export units (such as Loyal Textile Mills or regional apparel exporters).
- Skills: Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, fabric utilization, garment construction, and line balancing.
