Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced PEB Design Coordination & Execution Engineer / Senior Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience in PEB project coordination and site execution.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating across design, detailing, fabrication, procurement, vendors, consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely and within the approved schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end PEB projects from design finalisation to fabrication and erection.
- Review and coordinate GA, fabrication, erection drawings and structural details.
- Coordinate between design, detailing, procurement, fabrication, logistics and site teams.
- Review drawings and design inputs for constructability and project compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors for technical clarifications and approvals.
- Monitor project progress against approved drawings, schedules and execution plans.
- Coordinate material requirements, fabrication status, dispatch and site erection activities.
- Resolve design, drawing and site-related technical issues with structural/design teams.
- Monitor structural steel erection and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure fabrication and erection activities meet quality and project standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, documentation and closure of quality issues.
- Track RFIs, drawing revisions, client comments and approvals.
- Coordinate subcontractors, erection contractors and vendors for timely execution.
- Support project planning, progress tracking and reporting.
- Identify execution risks and coordinate corrective actions to minimise delays.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions,



site changes and project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design and execution progress.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in PEB project coordination and execution.
- Good understanding of PEB systems, steel fabrication and erection methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, GA, fabrication and erection drawings.
- Experience coordinating with design, detailing, fabrication and site teams.
- Knowledge of steel structures, PEB components, connections and erection sequences.
- Understanding of project planning, quality control and safety requirements.
- Strong client, vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and PEB detailing/design software is an advantage.
- Solid communication, documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in PEB / structural steel project execution and coordination.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience with PEB manufacturers, EPC companies, structural steel contractors or industrial construction projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience in steel fabrication and site erection will be an advantage.
- Strong project coordination, technical problem-solving and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
