Job Description: AI/ML Engineer

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AI/ML Engineer with 7–8 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Python, Pandas, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent solutions, building machine learning models, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain machine learning pipelines and workflows.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Implement deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Monitor and improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 7–8 years of overall skilled experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, Machine Learning, and AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization and working with large datasets and databases.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Working knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
- Experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models into production applications.
- Familiarity with scalable AI/ML pipelines and enterprise application development.
