Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Telecollection Executive. The role involves customer communication and telecalling activities related to collections.

Eligibility

- SSC / HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with prior telecalling experience will be preferred
- Both DRA and Non-DRA candidates can apply

Languages Required

Candidates proficient in any of the following languages can apply:

- Hindi
- English
- Tamil

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers as part of the telecollection process
- Communicate with customers professionally and clearly
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information




- Maintain accurate customer and call records
- Achieve assigned calling and collection targets
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and collection guidelines

Salary & Incentives

- ₹13,000 to ₹25,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable speaking in at least one of the required regional languages
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented telecalling environment
- Freshers with positive communication skills are encouraged to apply
