Marketing Manager – Mumbai | Transformers

Role Overview
Develop transformer sales across Mumbai by building relationships with OEMs, electrical consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial customers. Manage business development from enquiry generation through order finalisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify recent customers and business opportunities for oil-filled and dry-type transformers.
- Build relationships with OEMs, consultants, EPC contractors and end users to secure enquiries, approvals and orders.
- Engage with consultants during project planning to get Indcoil products specified and approved.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for technical offers and quotations.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
- Track upcoming projects, competitor activity and sales opportunities across Mumbai.
- Coordinate order execution, customer communication and payment collection with internal teams.
- Maintain enquiry pipelines, sales forecasts and customer visit reports.

Candidate Profile





- Experience in B2B sales or marketing of transformers, electrical products or capital equipment.
- Candidates from cables, motors, DG sets, switchgear, panels and allied industries are welcome to apply.
- Existing relationships with OEMs, consultants, EPC contractors or industrial customers in Mumbai preferred
- Strong technical selling, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English preferred.

Note: Fixed base CTC plus a variable annual bonus proportional to the business generated.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
