Salary: ₹8,000–₹9,000/month
9-10 Hours working time
Full time | Clinic-based

We are looking for a confident, professional and client-friendly Assistant Fitness Trainer to join our Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic.

What makes this opportunity different?

You will receive structured online training and continuous guidance from a Neuro Physiotherapist based in Dubai, with expertise in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, fitness and wellness.

You will be trained to conduct safe, structured and engaging wellness sessions for different age groups and fitness levels.

Your Responsibilities

- Conduct group fitness, mobility, stretching & wellness sessions
- Assist with age-specific fitness and wellness programs
- Guide clients through exercises with proper technique
- Motivate clients and maintain regular engagement
- Build a professional and friendly relationship with clients
- Understand client concerns and communicate appropriately
- Follow exercise programs and protocols provided during training
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and a positive environment at the clinic





We’re Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent Marathi + good English communication
Confident and professional while speaking with clients
Presentable, energetic and approachable personality
Basic knowledge of fitness/exercise
Fitness certification preferred
Freshers can apply if they have the right attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with children, adults and senior citizens

Training & Growth

You will receive online professional training, exercise protocols and ongoing guidance from a Neuro Physiotherapist working in Dubai.

This is an opportunity to learn how to conduct professional wellness programs in a clinical environment, rather than simply working as a conventional gym trainer.
