We are looking for motivated college students who can promote our training programs, connect with interested learners, and help students enroll in suitable programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Student Acquisition: Identify and connect with students interested in skill development and professional training programs.
- Campus Promotion: Promote Shyvora Technologies' training programs within your college and student communities.
- Digital Outreach: Share approved promotional content through WhatsApp groups, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Lead Generation: Explain program details, share registration links, and guide interested students through the enrollment process.
- Follow-ups: Communicate with prospective students and help them complete their registrations.
- Network Building: Develop connections with students, college clubs, and relevant student communities.

Performance-Based Compensation

This is a 100% performance-based role with no fixed salary or monthly stipend.

- Earn a predetermined commission for every successfully acquired student.
- Your earnings increase with the number of eligible student enrollments you generate.
- No fixed earning limit,



subject to the program's commission policy and eligibility conditions.
- Track your referrals and eligible enrollments transparently.

A student will count as a successful acquisition according to the agreed policy, such as completing registration and making the required payment. Commission eligibility, refunds, and payment timelines will be communicated clearly.

Who Can Apply?

- Students currently enrolled in any college or university.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Interest in marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, or technology.
- Ability to reach and engage student communities.
- Self-motivated individuals comfortable working independently.

No prior work experience is required.
