## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Marketing Manager* to lead marketing activities, drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence, and expand market reach in the FMCG sector.

## Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business and sales targets.

- Manage brand promotion, product positioning, and marketing campaigns.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and dealers to improve product reach.

- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase product visibility.

- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management.





- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and business partners.

## Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum *5+ years of experience* in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- Strong knowledge of market development, brand promotion, and sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
