Voice Engineer in Mumbai to deliver Cisco collaboration projects for US enterprise customers. The role covers Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) upgrades, migrations to Webex Calling, SIP trunking and CUBE work, and the infrastructure around them. You will work with senior engineers and US project leads from design through cutover and support.

- CCNP Collaboration required; CCIE Collaboration preferred.
- Healthcare or other 24x7 environments where voice uptime is critical.
- Webex Calling or Local Gateway experience (helpful for future phases).
- Contact center routing (UCCX/UCCE or Webex Contact Center) as it relates to SIP trunk failover.
- Prior work for US customers through a consulting or services firm

Required Skills and Experience

- 8+ years in enterprise voice, with at least 5 years hands-on with Cisco CUBE on ISR 4000 and/or Catalyst 8000 platforms.
- Has delivered CUBE redundancy for production SIP trunks, through dial-peer groups, OPTIONS keepalives,



server groups and/or box-to-box HA (HSRP/redundancy groups).
- Deep CUCM experience: SIP trunks, route groups and lists, route patterns, translation patterns, SIP profiles and normalization scripts.
- Strong SIP troubleshooting: debug ccsip, voice translation tests, and reading SIP ladders in Wireshark or the Collaboration Solutions Analyzer.
- Experience with US carrier SIP trunks, ideally Verizon, including DID routing, failover and carrier change requests.
- Working knowledge of US 911 call routing and caller ID requirements.
- Has led after-hours production cutovers with documented rollback plans.
- Transparent written English for design documents and clear spoken English for calls with the US customer and carrier.
- Owns a stable broadband connection and a backup connection for the cutover window.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
