About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and passionate HR Recruiter to support the hiring needs of our rapidly growing cloud kitchen business. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for kitchen staff, delivery operations, store management, production, customer support, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume hiring and be comfortable recruiting frontline and blue-collar workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for cloud kitchen operations and support functions.
- Hire for positions such as Commis Chefs, CDPs, Kitchen Associates, Bakers, Stewards, Store Executives, Delivery Coordinators, Shift Managers, and Corporate Staff.
- Source candidates through JobHai, WorkIndia, Indeed, Naukri, social media, referrals, and local hiring channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and kitchen heads.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies across multiple kitchen locations.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.




- Negotiate salaries and process offer rollouts.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation verification, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of kitchen and operations talent.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant, QSR, cloud kitchen, retail, or FMCG hiring is preferred.
- Familiarity with hiring platforms such as JobHai, WorkIndia, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ATS/recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and work under tight deadlines.
