Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a degree qualification and 4–6 years of experience in store management, including supervisory responsibilities.

The candidate must have strong leadership, communication, inventory management, and team management skills to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily store operations.
- Lead, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and store organization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently.




- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and overall standards.

Requirements

- Age: Below 35 years.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree qualification.
- Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in store management, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an additional advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and store operations.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
