- Grounds Maintenance: Oversee lawn mowing, tree trimming, planting, and weed control across hospital property.
- Patient Safety: Keep walkways, emergency vehicle lanes, and entrances clear of debris, fallen branches, and ice or standing water.
- Team Management: Supervise and schedule daily tasks for gardeners and maintenance laborers.
- Infection Control Compliance: Ensure landscaping waste is disposed of properly and that outdoor work does not disrupt hospital air intakes or patient care areas.
- Equipment Upkeep: Maintain and inspect landscaping tools, mowers, and irrigation systems.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of landscaping experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge: Understanding of regional plant care, turf management, safe chemical/fertilizer use, and pest control.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and the ability to work calmly in a high-stress medical environment.
