Position: Field Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit customers, dealers, retailers, and potential business locations regularly.
- Identify and generate current sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Promote and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Collect customer requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product/service information.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily/weekly field visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.




- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, where applicable.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer network within the assigned district.
- Attend customer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support after sales.
- Work towards increasing sales volume, customer base, and market coverage.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
- Field sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
