Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce testing. The candidate will be responsible for testing B2B commerce applications, buyer journeys, catalog and pricing, cart and checkout, orders, promotions, integrations, and end-to-end commerce workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce B2B Commerce applications.

Validate complete B2B buyer journeys from login through product selection, cart, checkout, and order placement.

Test B2B Commerce storefront functionality.

Validate product catalogs, categories, products, pricing, and inventory.

Test Accounts, Contacts, Buyer Groups, and buyer access/entitlements.

Validate account-specific and contract-based pricing.

Test shopping cart and checkout workflows.

Validate order creation and order management processes.

Test promotions, discounts, coupons, and pricing rules.

Validate payment and shipping workflows.

Test B2B-specific business rules and customer-specific experiences.

Perform API and integration testing using Postman or similar tools.

Validate integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, and external systems.





Perform data validation and database testing where required.

Execute regression testing after Salesforce releases and application changes.

Prepare test cases, test scenarios, test data, and execution reports.

Log and track defects using Jira.

Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Commerce consultants, Business Analysts, and Product teams.

Support UAT and production validation.

Required Skills

5+ years of QA/testing experience.

Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce.

Experience testing B2B Commerce storefronts.

Strong understanding of B2B Commerce business processes.

Experience with product catalog, pricing, inventory, cart, checkout, and order management.

Experience testing Buyer Groups, Accounts, Contacts, and buyer entitlements.

API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.

Functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing experience.

Experience with Salesforce data model and security.

Jira and Agile/Scrum experience.

Good to Have:

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFCC.

Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce APIs.

Experience with ERP/OMS integrations.

Experience with payment gateway integrations.

Salesforce certification.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
