Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales & Service Technician to join our Tyre Division. The role will involve technical service, equipment installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, customer support, and sales development.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in tyre/rubber machinery, industrial equipment, or technical sales & service, along with strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers for technical support, service, and requirement understanding.
- Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of equipment.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop new customers.
- Support sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal engineering team for technical issues and solutions.
- Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in:
- Tyre / Rubber Machinery
- Industrial Equipment
- Technical Sales & Service
- Machinery Installation & Commissioning




- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and provide practical solutions.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in tyre/rubber machinery or industrial machinery sales & service will be preferred.
