HOST / HOSTESS

Location: Dhe Puttu, Chennai

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Manage reservations and guest seating.
- Guide guests to their tables.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth seating arrangements.
- Handle guest enquiries and assist with special requests.
- Manage waiting lists during busy hours.
- Maintain a professional appearance and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and a positive first impression.

REQUIREMENTS

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle guests politely and efficiently.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
