WE’RE HIRING | Assistant Trainer / Senior Trainer

Learning Links Foundation (LLF) is looking for passionate professionals to join our team and support Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy, and Entrepreneurship Development initiatives for beneficiaries.

Location: Pune
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Social Sciences, Education or related field

ROLE PURPOSE

To support effective training delivery, beneficiary engagement, assessments, and post-training handholding while ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of beneficiary progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver structured training on Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy and Entrepreneurship Development
- Facilitate group activities, practical exercises, assessments and demonstrations
- Support beneficiaries in understanding and using digital and financial tools
- Assist beneficiaries with business plan preparation and basic business diagnostics
- Provide post-training follow-up and handholding to assigned beneficiaries
- Support beneficiaries in accessing government schemes, MSME registration, digital payments and credit facilities
- Conduct regular calls and WhatsApp follow-ups with beneficiaries




- Encourage beneficiaries to engage with the chatbot
- Track beneficiary progress and identify cases requiring additional support
- Collect evidence and information for impact stories and success cases
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, handholding and follow-up records
- Prepare regular reports and support MIS documentation as required
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders for smooth program implementation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in training, financial literacy, digital literacy, entrepreneurship development or community engagement
- Positive understanding of basic financial and digital tools
- Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct engaging group training sessions
- Comfortable with field-based work and beneficiary interaction
- Good documentation, reporting and follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations/communities
- Experience working with NGOs, community programs, financial inclusion or livelihood projects will be an advantage
