We are looking for a creative and responsible Architect to join our team. The candidate should be capable of developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and managing projects from concept development through design completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and floor plans for residential, commercial, and resort projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp and rendering software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other consultants.
- Prepare drawings and documentation for building permits and statutory approvals.
- Incorporate client requirements and revisions into design proposals.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of drawings and deliverables.
- Attend client meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Ensure accuracy, quality,



and consistency across all project drawings.
- Maintain proper project documentation and follow the company's workflow and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Arch degree from a recognised institution.
- Relevant experience in architectural design and project documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of building regulations and permit procedures in Kerala.
- Valuable design, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, interior, or resort projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
