We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and queries

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance

- Follow up with customers regarding service requests

- Coordinate with the service team to resolve customer issues

- Maintain customer details and service records

- Handle customer complaints professionally

- Provide timely updates to customers

- Maintain good relationships with customers

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Good customer-handling skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
