Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base in the interior design and execution industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, online platforms, and market visits.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams.
- Prepare quotations/proposals in coordination with the internal team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.




- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing projects.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in Interior, Architecture, Construction, or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai market.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
