Job Summary

YoungMinds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a product-based company, is looking for a motivated Backend Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications, APIs, and databases to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications, services, and RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Design, develop, and manage databases using SQL or NoSQL technologies.
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data security practices.
- Identify, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language:
- Python
- Java
- JavaScript / Node.js
- PHP or equivalent
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods.
- Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms,



and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Basic knowledge of authentication, API security, and error handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- BCA / MCA or equivalent computer-related qualifications are also acceptable.
- Freshers with relevant academic projects, internships, or practical coding experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Basic knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms, or CI/CD.
- Understanding of application deployment and server management.
- Experience building backend projects or integrating third-party APIs.

Ideal Candidate

- Passionate about backend development and software engineering.
- Willing to learn new technologies and development frameworks.
- Able to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Interested in working on real-world products in a collaborative environment.
- Willing to work from the Tirupati office.
