Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Fabricator with strong expertise in heavy machinery and industrial equipment manufacturing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in fabrication, structural assembly, welding coordination, drawing interpretation, and manufacturing of heavy engineering components.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out fabrication and assembly of heavy machinery components and structures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform accurate marking, cutting, bending, fitting, alignment, and assembly of components.
- Ensure proper dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and quality standards during fabrication.
- Coordinate welding, grinding, machining, and finishing activities.
- Handle fabrication of MS plates, structural sections, frames, supports, tanks, machine bases, and heavy components.
- Identify fabrication defects and carry out necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of fabrication tools and equipment.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned fabrication work within timelines.




- Maintain workplace safety and follow established manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Guide and supervise junior fabricators, welders, and helpers when required.

Candidate Profile

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, Welding, Fitter, or related discipline.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience, preferably in a heavy machinery manufacturing or heavy engineering industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of fabrication processes and structural fabrication.
- Valuable knowledge of welding processes such as ARC, MIG/MAG and related welding techniques.
- Ability to independently understand fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Strong knowledge of measuring instruments, fabrication tools, and dimensional inspection.
- Experience in handling large/heavy fabricated components will be preferred.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing quality standards.

Preferred Background: Candidates from heavy machinery, industrial equipment, material-handling equipment, steel fabrication, construction equipment, or heavy engineering manufacturing industries.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
