Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and alert CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance cameras across our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for continuous monitoring, identifying suspicious activities, maintaining surveillance records, and promptly reporting any security or safety concerns to the concerned authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Keep a close watch on factory premises, entry/exit points, production areas, warehouses and other designated locations.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, safety violations or unusual incidents.
- Maintain proper CCTV monitoring logs and incident records.
- Review and retrieve CCTV footage whenever required.
- Immediately report security incidents to the Security Supervisor / Management.
- Ensure CCTV cameras and monitoring equipment are functioning properly.




- Coordinate with security guards and other concerned staff when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information.
- Assist management in reviewing footage during investigations.
- Follow company security and safety procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator / Surveillance Operator.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems, DVR/NVR and camera monitoring.
- Ability to identify unusual or suspicious activities.
- Positive observation and concentration skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate
Candidates with relevant CCTV or security surveillance certification/experience will be preferred.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM / Rotational Shifts as per company requirement

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
