Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to contact leads provided by the company and promote our healthcare products, including blood collection tubes and urine containers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call potential customers using the leads and contact details provided by the company.
- Explain product details, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and confirmed orders.
- Maintain professional relationships with potential and existing customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain call records.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Previous telecalling or telesales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Key: The company will provide the leads. The candidate is not required to generate leads independently.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
