Role: Operations Executive

Salary: 3 LPA

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office

Experience: 1–2 Years

We’re looking for an Operations Executive who can independently manage day-to-day inventory, order movement, logistics coordination, and stock-related operations.

What You’ll Do:

- Monitor daily inventory levels across all platforms (Website, Unicommerce).
- Coordinate with vendors for production, restocking, and inbound shipments.
- Track product availability, low-stock alerts, and stock transfers.
- Track daily orders, dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
- Follow up with courier partners for delayed shipments, lost orders, and RTO issues.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports for stock movement and order status.
- Identify inventory gaps, delays, or packaging issues and escalate when required.




- Ensure correct SKU mapping across platforms and avoid order mismatches.
- Communicate daily updates to the internal team.

Who We’re Looking For:

- 1–2 years of experience in Inventory, Operations, or Logistics Management.
- Strong knowledge of Unicommerce.
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
