1. Strategic Pipeline Development Personally source and qualify opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and account-based outreach. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to target segments, geographies, and project sizes. Run discovery conversations to understand client requirements, budget, timelines, and decision-makers before handing off to Sales/Business Development. Convert sourced pipeline into closed-won bookings in partnership with account executives.

2. Team Leadership and Coaching Provide day-to-day work direction, mentoring, and onboarding support to SDRs. Conduct regular one-on-ones, call reviews, and role-plays to sharpen outreach, objection handling, and qualification skills. Share best practices, scripts, and email/LinkedIn templates that improve conversion.

3. Team Performance Management Track team KPIs: activity levels, lead conversion, qualified opportunities, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment. Set clear targets, give timely feedback, and address performance gaps early.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, lead quality, and messaging. Align with Sales, Business Development, Design, and Project Delivery teams for smooth lead handoffs and accurate client expectations. Partner with Sales Operations, industry/vertical teams, and channel or alliance partners (architects, consultants, real estate advisors) to open recent opportunities.

5. Operational Excellence Ensure disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate lead stages, and timely reporting. Contribute to process improvements, lead-routing rules, qualification criteria (e.g., BANT), and sales playbooks. Provide market and competitor feedback to leadership. Success Measures
