Role: Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.
Skills Required: Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills, customer-handling ability, target-oriented approach, and basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
