Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-oriented Restaurant Steward to support restaurant operations and provide excellent service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and coordinating with the kitchen and service team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly as per restaurant standards.
- Set up and reset tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other required items.
- Clear used plates and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas.
- Respond politely to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier,



and other service staff for smooth operations.
- Assist during busy hours, events, and special occasions.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, and glassware carefully to avoid damage.
- Report guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor/restaurant manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
