Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting local businesses, introducing AvailableO's platform, understanding their business requirements, and onboarding them to the platform. This is a field-based sales role suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting business owners, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Visit local businesses, shops, service providers, and other potential clients. Introduce AvailableO and explain its features, benefits, and business value. Identify and generate new business leads through field visits and networking. Approach business owners and decision-makers to create sales opportunities. Demonstrate how AvailableO can help businesses improve their visibility and reach customers. Convert leads into registered or paying business clients. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, visits,



follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding. Collect market feedback and share insights about customer and competitor activity. Represent AvailableO professionally while interacting with businesses. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, direct sales, or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in approaching and speaking with business owners. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work independently in a field environment. Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and other digital tools. Willingness to travel locally for business visits. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
