Build and run SERP Forge’s Digital PR practice from day one.

Who we are

SERP Forge is an SEO, link building and content agency working with international SaaS companies. We are launching Digital PR as a dedicated service line, and we need the person who will build it, run it, and make it the best in our segment.

THE ROLE

What you’ll do

You will own Digital PR end to end: strategy, story creation, journalist outreach, delivery and reporting. This is a founding role. You will shape the offer, the process and the team, not just execute campaigns.

- Campaign strategy. Plan reactive, data-led and expert-commentary campaigns for B2B SaaS clients, tied to their SEO and brand goals.
- Story and angle development. Turn client data, surveys and public datasets into stories journalists actually want to run.
- Journalist outreach. Pitch UK and US journalists directly with tailored, targeted pitches. Build and maintain real relationships with the writers who cover tech, business and SaaS.
- Reactive PR. Monitor the news cycle and get client experts into breaking stories while they are still live.
- Delivery and reporting. Own placement quality and client reporting: coverage, DR, follow/nofollow, indexation, brand mentions and AI citation impact.
- Build the practice. Set up the process, tooling and playbooks. Guide a data/research writer and a designer, and work with our outreach team on lists and follow-ups.
- Proof. Run our first in-house and pilot campaigns and turn them into case studies.

YOU

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years in Digital PR, with at least 3 years pitching UK and/or US media directly.
- A portfolio of earned coverage you personally secured, in tier-1 or strong trade publications, with live links.
- Proven data-led campaigns: you can find a dataset, shape an angle and see it land.




- Solid understanding of how DPR moves SEO: referring domains, DR, link quality, indexation.
- Excellent written English. Your pitches are short, sharp and personal.
- Comfortable owning outcomes, working with a founder, and building process from scratch.

Nice to have

- Experience with B2B SaaS, tech or fintech clients.
- Hands-on with journalist databases, news monitoring and expert-request platforms.
- A view on how earned media drives visibility in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews).
- Agency experience managing several client campaigns at once.
