Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our NBFC team in Wanowarie, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, financial records, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in monthly and annual closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related queries and documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receipts.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team with additional accounting activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an NBFC, finance, banking, or financial services company.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working in an NBFC or lending/financial services environment will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle routine accounting activities are preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Wanowarie, Camp, Hadapsar, Kondhwa, NIBM, or nearby Pune areas would be preferred.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹3.00 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Job Location: Wanowarie, Pune

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
