We are looking for a responsible and organized Site Admin to manage day-to-day administrative activities at our civil construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site office administration, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, accommodation, and supporting smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily administrative activities at the construction site.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and biometric punch details.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, HR, and head office.
- Maintain employee joining documents, personal files, and site records.
- Handle site office correspondence, documentation, and filing.




- Coordinate employee accommodation, food arrangements, and welfare requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Monitor office stationery, housekeeping, and general site office requirements.
- Support employee onboarding, ID card collection, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Project Manager or HR Department.

Educational Qualification

- Any Degree

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
