Job Role : Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore and Vadapalani, Chennai

Experience: 1+ Years in telecalling

Products: Home Loans, LAP, Working Capital & other Secured/ Unsecured Loans

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers through Digital & Marketing-generated leads.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.

Convert raw leads into qualified leads.

Follow up with interested customers and assign qualified leads to the Sales Team for closure.

Achieve calling, lead conversion and business targets.

Languages: English + Kannada + Tamil

Experience in Tele Sales / Loan Sales / Banking / NBFC / DSA.

Work Schedule:

Includes Weekend Support - (Tuesday & Wednesday fixed off)

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
