Position: Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for friendly, motivated, and responsible candidates to join our team as Customer Service Assistants.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
- Assist customers with their questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
