We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can effectively manage client relationships, drive campaign success, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build solid client relationships.
- Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development to ensure timely project delivery.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Conduct regular review meetings and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Participate in client pitches, proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Manage project timelines,



resource allocation, and overall account profitability.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure high productivity and service quality.

Desired Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing Agency operations.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Sound business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Preferred Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience handling hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record in client retention and account growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saket, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
